WHERE IS MY ORDER?
At the time of ordering you were given an approximate shipping date that we would adhere to. You in most cases WILL NOT BE ABLE to track the product UNTIL IT IS SHIPPED so please make note. If you have an order date at hand. It is on your purchasing info from the time you ordered. This is not your shipping date. As explained at that time… You were to please add 4 TO 6 WEEKS to that order date. The shipping DATE that is the time frame for processing, manufacturing and assembly to your shipping etc. If you have ordered and have not received your order after that time (Your Order date PLUS the 4 to 6 weeks) then please contact us. This all will effect your order, any cancellation and dispute along with payment process or money refunding. Please Make Note.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. And/or you have three-days from the time you ordered to cancel your order… Refunding will be usually receive in about 2-3 weeks and/or within reasonable banking transaction periods and/or as explained in terms & conditions.
You can access your order status and history by viewing your account information you kept when order was made.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped by Pro Board Pro Board LLC / FETTLER LLC a.k.a. ("Pro Board") (“we”, “us”, or “our”) providers… between November 1st and December 31st which can be returned until January 31st. Usually you will receive your refund in about 2-3 weeks.
We also offer replacements. If you received a damaged or defective item, we will ship you a replacement of the exact item.

CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
You have 3 days to cancel your order from the time you order and/or when ordering is completed… and we will do our best to accommodate your request to change or cancel your order.
IF THIS ACTION IS NOT DONE WITHIN THE THREE DAYS OF ORDER, THEN YOU MUST WAIT TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGED ORDER ALONG WITH GETTING BACK YOUR THEN PRE-PAYMENT TO US. You then upon receiving the packaged ordered package sent from us to you… you then must send it, your order back to us at unfortunately your expense… and we will do our best to accommodate your request to change or cancel your order and then refund your money paid out less chargebacks etc. Or we cannot process the return and cancellation and you must keep and own the product and we your money paid out as in non-refundable. We reserve the right to debit your account in this event and/or at a later time for any and all chargebacks etc. that we encountered. Please make note here.
Therefore understand you have three-days to cancel your order and Refunding comes afterward and will usually be receive in about 2-3 weeks and/or within reasonable banking transaction periods and/or less chargebacks etc. as explained to you and/or in terms & conditions. But only AFTER we processed, transacted and shipped out to you and Re-received the product ordered back to us. Terms and condition of sale you agreed to at ordering time and when using the, “our” web pages etc.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We're sorry, we at this time are currently unable to accept orders to be shipped to destinations outside the U.S and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience. But as the ordering is expanding… it would be advisable to call the call center or see advertisements to see if that has been changed. If you are a Company and/or Rep it is suggested to contact us as to availability and possibilities of business. Thank you.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible via our 24/7 toll-free number, [insert number] for you have 3 days to cancel or change your order from that time and/or when ordering is completed… and we will do our best to accommodate your request to change or cancel your order. If this action is not done within the three days of order then you must wait to receive the packaged order and send it back at unfortunately your expense… Please make note here…
SPAM Filters and ISPs
Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Email client may be using filters to block email and this may be affecting the receipt of email from Pro Board etc. If you believe this is happening, please consult the help section of your email program or contact your ISP directly to see how to change the settings that filter or block email. This will ensure that correspondence from Pro Board etc. will be accepted.
